Far Cry VR

ZERO ONE worked closely with the team at ZERO LATENCY VR in association with UBISOFT to rework a section of their FAR CRY VR fully immersive experience. Our team updated and created new code and blueprints in Unreal Engine, and tested and implemented technical and environmental art to achieve improved environments, lighting, interactions, VFX and player experience.

Table of Tales: The Crooked Crown – PC, VR and Switch ports

ZERO ONE Ported this highly-regarded PSVR game from TIN MAN GAMES to Steam, PCVR, Nintendo Switch and Meta Quest 2.  Full hand tracking was added to the Quest 2 platform, making this tabletop RPG experience even more authentic. It won the ‘Excellence in AR/VR’ award at the 2022 Australian Game Developer Awards.

Virtual Production

ZERO ONE worked with Dreamscreen Australia on the ‘Fires’ TV series which utilised Virtual Production for many of its sequences. We used Unreal Engine to recreate CG elements, including a virtual forest that seamlessly matched footage of fire trucks moving through the Australian native forest.

Next up were a couple of TVCs for Sportsbet. ZERO ONE created an Egyptian-style environment complete with a tool to control the CG crowd’s animated reactions in real time, and CG elements for a Top Gun style fighter jet sequence.
